Our mission is to revolutionize the way each and every member of the world’s capital markets connects, communicates, shares, and accesses information. Our goal is to make the world’s capital markets more transparent, open and connected. People come to GLX to research and connect with other like-minded people, companies, securities and issues in and around the global economy and capital markets.
We have developed the Community Conduct outlined herein to realize our ambition of creating a self-policed, user regulated, social finance network that is transparent and compliant. This Community Conduct will help Members understand what type of activity and content is allowed on GLX, and perhaps what type of activity and content may be reported, reviewed, and removed.
Responsibilities of GLX and its Staff
As the first truly global “Social Finance” network, GLX strives to build and maintain a network of authentic Members, unparalleled functionality, and accurate well organized information. We work very hard on a daily basis to improve our web platform, mobile apps, overall operations and member satisfaction. GLX maintains a commitment to continue this effort. At GLX, customer service and the appropriate responsibilities of the GLX business model are GLX’s immediate and top priorities.

Members are prompted to provide their real names, place of employment, position, and additional information about themselves. Members are required to provide honest and factual information about their backgrounds, positions, and any additional information on their profile. Effective Corporate Governance is critical to achieving corporate goals and increasing shareholder / tokenholder value. GLX believes it is important to gain and retain the trust of investors, employees, customers, suppliers and partners. The GLX team is currently searching for independent directors and creating an audit committee to review related party transactions and other matters.
Currently the board of directors and management are responsible for representing the interests of shareholders / tokenholders and key stakeholders. These responsibilities are performed with an unwavering commitment to achieve the highest standards of integrity, responsibility and compliance with all laws. The board of directors and management strives to ensure that GLX’s success is aligned with a commitment to a set of core principles, with an emphasis on corporate responsibility, while conducting all business activities with the highest ethical standards.
We do not currently comply with the corporate governance standards that would be required if our shares / tokens were listed on a national securities exchange. In particular, we do not have any independent directors and we have not created an audit committee to review related party transactions or other matters. We have adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics that applies to our directors, officers and employees, led by our founder and CEO.
